Michalis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Economics from Essex University and an MBA from the Cyprus International Institute of Management (CIIM). At Aspon, Michalis is responsible for running the company and for business development. He has over 15 years of experience in business consulting, fund raising for public and private institutions, and several years of experience specifically in sustainability reporting, using GRI and ISO 26000 guidelines. Furthermore, he has extensive experience working with several European Union departments to promote sustainable development in Cyprus and Greece. He holds certificates on Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) – G4 reporting, issued by the GRI, and on ISO 26000 and Social Audit, issued by Austrian Standards.
Christina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Policy and Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Master's degree in Environmental Science and Management from the University of California, Santa Barbara, which she attended as a Fulbright scholar. At Aspon, Christina is responsible for day-to-day operations and for management and delivery of client services. Christina spent several years working in London as an environmental consultant, specializing in sustainability, environmental management and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). She has extensive experience in managing and successfully delivering projects to private- and public-sector clients throughout Europe, including the European Commission, on topics pertaining to environmental management and sustainable development (for example, waste, energy and carbon management, management systems, marine policy, etc.). Christina is a PRINCE2TM certified project manager and a Practitioner Member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA).
Panos holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Environmental and Geomatic Engineering from the University College London and a Master’s degree in Project Management, Finance and Risk from City, University of London, which he was awarded with distinction. Panos is now supporting Aspon Consulting in CSR consulting services. He has previously served as an intern in the Advisory Department of EY Nicosia Office, with the task of evaluating the performance and practicality of the Cypriot Immigration Department’s means of transferability i.e. website layout, application guides and forms.
Diamanto holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cyprus and a Master’s Degree in Management from the University of Sheffield. Diamanto is now supporting Aspon Consulting as a consultant to the various services of the company.
Artemis holds a five-year Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering and an Master’s degree in Environmental and Sanitary Systems Engineering from the Technical University of Crete, and an MBA from the University of Cyprus. She was awarded with a number of scholarships for outstanding performance throughout her studies, and has made scientific contributions to an international journal paper, as well as to international conferences. Artemis has worked on the extended producer responsibility (EPR) organizations of Cyprus (Green Dot Cyprus, WEEE Cyprus, and AFIS Cyprus) for 7 years, gaining extensive experience that has made her an all-round EPR professional. Artemis is now supporting Aspon Consulting on the various services of the company, and specifically on sustainability management services, environmental management services and business plans.
Elena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Cyprus and a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Manchester. Elena joined Aspon Consulting Ltd as a consultant following her master’s degree in 2020 and is now supporting the company with its various services.
Alexandros holds an Integrated Master's Degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham. He previously worked as a mechanical design engineer for Arup, based in Birmingham, UK, as part of a multi-disciplinary team working towards the building services design of major projects in the Midlands, UK. His role predominantly involved the design of HVAC and domestic water systems, as well as building energy modeling. Alexandros is now supporting Aspon Consulting as a consultant with the various services provided by the company.
